Most likely, the problem was the switch to the slapd.d directory really

I checked the source (apt-get source bind9) and the "%" was not replaced with a

Rather than removing apparmor, try adding to mysql's apparmor profile in
/etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld:
/var/run/samba/winbindd_privileged/pipe rw,
Then do:
$ sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor force-reload
$ sudo /etc/init.d/mysql stop
$ sudo /etc/init.d/mysql start

The problem is that on already-configured dovecot installations there is
a chance that the dovecot-postifx.conf will not work out-of-the-box. I
am sure that for *new* installations of dovecot the provided d-p.conf
will work fine -- but this is not to be expected for existing installs.

bug is not an attempt to fix this flaw in the smb protocol, but to have

I don't know why, but I have 5 rejects applying the patch. The
substituted code was OK, but some lines where 2 or 3 lines below the
