One would be a race condition between bridge-utils and vlan, this got fixed in
Precise so it'd be interesting for you to test with Precise alpha-2.

then removed /etc/php5/fpm/main.conf , then removed the package (but not

gets a net-device-up event for lo, even in precise. You can verify this
