On the other side I removed pm-utils from the system and there are a
couple of remaining scripts in /etc/pm/sleep.d that are worth
mentioning:
* 10_grub-common
* 10_unattended-upgrades-hibernate
Thus, those packages are also affected by this bug I guess.

I moved my script to systemd, adapted it following Martin's instructions
in comment #5 and it just works as expected.
Thanks a lot :)

I added a new script in /etc/pm/sleep.d/ that worked fine before the
upgrade to vivid. I was wondering why it doesn't work and I find out
that /var/log/pm-suspend.log is empty, and pm-powersave.log too (last

@Serge
i actually experienced the problem on my laptop but never tried the
proposed packages. After removing dnsmasq package i had manually added,
the problem disappeared.
Would you like me to reinstall dnsmasq again and try the proposed
packages?
--
You received this bug notification because
According to debian bug I just added in this one, the problem is
actually in dnsmasq being already running before starting libvirt
network.
I just purged dnsmasq package on my maverick destop and now libvirt
network starts fine.

Peter, i'd say that bug #477437 is more related to your issue than this
one. Since thierman, the original reporter, confirmed that the problem
was fixed after uninstalling bacula, I'm closing this bug. Please,

I don't think that chkrootkit alerting about this rootkit is related to
upstart init changes, but the output from /proc/1/maps instead.
Something like this should improve the test:
expertmode_output ${egrep} '^[^/]+${ROOTDIR}sbin/init.'
${ROOTDIR}proc/1/maps
What do you think?

@Gustavo I just installed a fresh 8.04.04 (still being tested, to be
released tomorrow IIRC) and amavisd-new doesn't argue about perl -T
switch. Moreover, file /etc/amavis/conf.d/05-node_id has changed and now
uses hostname command instead of tailing /etc/mailname.
Can you try it out when 8.04.04

Colin, you're right it's seahorse who is adding automatically all keys
