any drawbacks, do it please, it adds the ability to use 'fixed' in
'rrset-order' witch is needed to configure fallback DNS.

Had a look to nut web site. Current version is 2.2. So 2.4 seems far away.
Can't the fix be applied to Ubutnu version of nut?
