Recently the uWSGI project got php support via libphp (php-embed)
http://projects.unbit.it/uwsgi/wiki/PHP
Without proper php-embed support the uwsgi php plugin cannot be included
in debian/ubuntu
Some news about it ?
RedHat based distros (centos, fedora...) already include that.

I had the same problem and I'd say the real bug here is that on upgrade the
file /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld was not updated to allow access to
/run/mysql.[pid|sock]
Reinstalling the mysql package simply replaced the old mysql apparmor profile
with the new one that contains the correct

At last I found that udevmonitor was not started automatically at boot.
(Probably because of failed postinstall script when udev was upgraded to 151 12
)
When udevmonitor is started, libvirtd doesn't segfault anymore.

libvirtd segfaults in libc-2.11.1.so
, at restart udev ); I had to kill the postinstall script (that
was happily almost completed) .
May be the problem is udev related? The strange thing is that the
segfault occurs inside libc ...

The patch sent by Dustin already changes the open-iscsi script from S25
to S47, and (as we saw here) it seems that this is enough to mount any
storage volume after the network is up.
However, the original open-iscsi script position (S25) is before S45
(waitnfs) and S46 (mountnfs-bootclean), and
I did the same as Christian Roessner, above: moved the open-iscsi link
from S25 to S42 in rcS.d. This is the preferred method, as - he also
pointed out - change the network order it's NOT a good idea.
Also, like Etienne Goyer stated, if you are using an ordinary
interface (ethX), udev may load
