I'm marking this 'fix released'. I'm not able to reproduce this on the
current server cd's.
As you know, the daily snapshots can certain have quirks. I bet this
was just one of them...

Hmm, I was able to use tasksel after installation, and install the
Mail server task without a problem.
I'll test from the cd...
