sounds strange. You don't happen to (also) use an external source such
as NIS och LDAP for your user information? Can you give me the output of
these two commands?
$ getent group | egrep postdrop|winbindd_priv
and
$ ls -la /etc/postfix/

I have no idea. I am sure that I never created any group manually on
this computer. As far as I remember I did a fresh install on Ubuntu 8.10
and upgraded to 9.04. Thanks a lot to care for this problem.

truncated to 40bytes...
