Hi, For the developers / technically-minded, I should definitely note: The problem was pretty clearly related to the file /usr/bin/nmblookup.samba3 not being present. Indeed, after installing samba-common-bin with aptitude / apt-get (which always failed, as aforementioned), running dpkg -L
