lxc-ls actually handles the case where mount -t cgroup shows nothing,
by then checking in /proc/self/mounts.
The /sys/fs/cgroup/subsys/init-cgroup/lxc directory is explicitly
created with 0755. The container's directory (mistakenly) is not,
