dkms module fails
This effects the cinder, glance and nova-compute charms as the ceph-*
charms always translate hostnames - IP addresses when generating
configuration (so they work fine with the space).

As its impossible to support the multitude of paths that might contain a
Java install, the correct way to use a non-distro version of Java is to
set JAVA_HOME in /etc/default/tomcat[6|7]. This will override any auto-
detection in the init script.
Marking 'Won't Fix' as sufficient capability
The brcompat module does work in raring; however you need to make sure
that
1) you are using the dkms version of the openvswitch module, not the
stock kernel one
You can do this by stopping the openvswitch-* daemons, unloading the
openvswitch module and then reloading it to pickup the dkms
Looks like a similar issue you are having on precise:

I'm also seeing this in a virtual maas deployment we are testing; when
the KVM instances boot the PXE boot gets one IP address lease and then
the OS gets a second lease with a different IP address.
Result is that the dhpd leases file contains two ip addresses for each
MAC address; order appears

Please can you try:
sudo service openvswitch-switch force-reload-kmod
Modprobe should prefer the DKMS openvswitch module over the kernel
provided one; brcompat only works with the DKMS version.

OK - so got to the bottom of this on irc with John.
Stevedore fails to load the filter/weight extensions due to broken
requires.
1) Babel
not a dependency of the package - should it be?
2) rtslib
Package is broken and provides no PKG-INFO so pkg_resources has no idea.
