Thanks for your answers.
I believe this bug is still present since JVM_MEM is not found in
/etc/eucalyptus/eucalyptus.conf.
Could we have this reviewed and included in upcoming updates?

yep this is right: -XmXXXm is the correct one. You can also increase it
quite a bit if you want (2 Gb or so may help if you have the memory
