Public bug reported: This error occurred when upgrading to 12.04 from 11.10. I had modified php.ini in 11.10 because I installed XDebug. When I was asked what version of php.ini to keep, I tried to read more information, but the processing continued I don't know why and I could not answer what version to keep.
