/boot/grub/menu.lst

First, I've enabled Option ModeSwitchMethod new in xorg.conf - restart
and nothings changed. Everything is as it was.

Please replace the via_driver.c file (from openchrome) with this one,
and check if it works.
If it hangs, check where it hangs.
Attach Xorg.0.log file after hang.

OK, I did this build/install but my issue still exist. I also tried few
things from Problems and solution section ( Disable DRI and Option
XaaNoImageWriteRect in Device section of xorg.conf), nothing helped. I
still can't use text mode and my system still freeze randomly (my
another bug
