[Impact]

Booting installed noble will result in gdm unable to show the login
screen. Instead of chasing why the software fallback doesn't work
properly, it makes more sense to add support for the platform so it can
use the native driver.

This needs a (squashed) patch which only adds the platform definitions
and pci-id's as it is very similar to MTL.

[Test case]

Install the update, restart gdm, check that the login screen appears.

[Where things could go wrong]

The patch doesn't affect shipping platforms. For ARL there might still
be things missing, but as it's basically the "same" as MTL, this is
unlikely.
