[Unattended] Install windows by unattended using an usb stick

Hi everybody. I've got some trouble with using unattended. I have to use unattended to create a client installation environment. But the clients do not have a cd-rom drive or even a floppy disk drive, pxe boot is not allowed at all. So the only way to install a system is to use a usb-stick. The
