[Unattended] WinXP Volume License CD

Has anyone had trouble using the volume license version of Windows XP?  I'm trying to use My original XPSP1 CD with the new SP2 slipstreamed into it.  All goes well in the beginning.  It does the initial file copy and then reboots as expected, but when it continues the install after the reboot I get the following message.   "File \$WIN_NT$.~BT\biosinfo.inf could not be loaded. The error code is 14 Setup cannot continue.  Press any key to exit.   Has anyone seen this?   I used the network install version of SP2 (WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe) to do the slipstream with and I received no errors.   Any advice is welcomed.   Thanks.
