pathname+filename max 64 chars

I have a problem with a xp I386 dir, there are some upgrades done for
this version and there are files with 8.3 chars in filename (most of
them are *.dll.mu_). The presetup part of xp setup (text part) cant copy
these files... (If I burn it on a cd it does works)
