The users seem determined to put the entire alphabet into the PUA, thus

able to present them with something that works and avoid this kind of

Functionally, the symbol is not a breve. Visually, the sample does not
look
like a standard breve, and the font resource cited matches the style
of the
sample according

There is 2 products for English version. One is coded by
UTF8 and the other is coded by NON-UTF8. Both products are
internationalized readiness.
