just did a pen-and-paper run of the bi-di algorithm, and
it does look to me as if the 1999/12/31 rendering is the correct one, even
with the paragraph set to right-to-left in HTML.

26) the word utility is spelled as uitlity (line 80 has the correct
spelling).
Not that it matters much, just something we noticed.

latest greatest internal test build resolves that URL just fine (not that
there is much interesting to see).
