What version of OSX are you running?
If you upgraded to Leopard from Tiger, there are a few issues with the new
Apache file paths.. easy to fix, but you need to know which things to do.
For a quick test, why not do a very, very easy install of MAMP (Mac Apache
MySql Php) that downloads as an app,

Do you have the most recent version of GLX2 Script Editor? It works
with Rev 3.0 and 2.9.
The Installer for GLX2 also de-installs. Yes, you can just delete the
GLX2 Code.rev file in the third party plugins folder as well.

The iPhone SDK has an emulator that is used to test applications
without having to download to an iPhone/iTouch.
As far as porting Rev stacks to work on the iPhone a whole new set of

In MacOS X only the logged user has permission to connect to the
windowing server (layer), so when you run your script from the
terminal, it runs as the logged user, thus, revolution engine is able

I have had no problem making OS9 standalones from the 2.6.1 OSX rev
IDE. also worked in earlier versions for me fine from OSX IDE to
create the OS9 standalones. I have been working in OSX 2.6.1 IDE for

opened 3.0 then created a news stack, opened the stack script and
entered the script you did, then opened AS and entered the script you
had there. RR comes to the front but no script executes. i.e. no

Already tried that with the standard echo.mt script. It fails with the
same error. Any script I try won't even start up, it
I wonder if it would make any difference if you changed your input language
from German to English. If that doesn't work, maybe try removing Rev 3,
then re-install with the language as English and see if there's a
difference. That's a lot easier than backing out of SP3.

One other thing...LayerTools also allows you to edit the properties of any
selected control, or select any control and edit it's properties by just
alt-clicking (option-clicking for Macs) on the control in the list.
This is very handy when trying to edit properties of a group inside a group.

drawing the way Appleworks and most other pain apps do? If not, I'm
going to have to draw a few fairly long lines a pixel at a time;

I've switched my rev cgi from my local Leopard webserver test area to
jaguarpc
and it seems that I must change some code.
I have a rev stack used as cgi and where put url worked on my Leopard
webserver it doesn't on jaguarpc. So, I changed to open file - read
from - close file.
