Is it safe to replace Snappy 1.0.5 in a Cassandra 2.1.2 environment with Snappy 1.1.0? I’ve tried running with 1.1.0 and Cassandra seems to run with no issues and according to this post https://github.com/xerial/snappy-java/issues/60 <https://github.com/xerial/snappy-java/issues/60> 1.1.0 is compatible with 1.0.5. But might there be problems/data incompatibility in the future when upgrading Cassandra to a never version regarding *CompressionInfo.db files etc..?
