Is this from a 2.1 assembly you built or downloaded (like the 2.1 release candidate)? If it's a downloaded assembly, try to re-download it, re-extract and try again (and/or check the MD5 value after download to make sure it isn't corrupted.) Also, what JDK and OS are you using? -Donald
