We are troubleshooting slow blobstore transfer rates between a Rackspace Cloud
server and Rackspace Cloud Files. We're using
org.jclouds.rackspace.cloudfiles.CloudFilesUKProviderMetadata.
One avenue that we're investigating is whether the internal ServiceNet network
is being used
