Is ofbiz dying? The mailing lists seem quiet, this seems to be
confirmed by the dev and commits mailing list counts dropping off:
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/ofbiz-dev/
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/ofbiz-commits/
Is it just a blip?

release download link. That would give a nice indication of
how many new users are at least wanting to try things out.
IMHO, commits falling off could also be an indication of project
stability and not imminent demise :-)

I hope OFBiz continue alive cos' I'm one of the new users and all that I've
seen about its modules seems very useful and well done.
Cheers!

It's normal for community activity to ebb and flow.
For me personally, I haven't been involved much lately because my
responsibilities at work have changed - so my employer-sponsored OFBiz
work has stopped.

basis.
considering the Economic slump, I would not put a head stone on ofbiz yet.
as the Economy gets better and there is cash flow for new development I
expect to see a lot more activity.

yes for Apache in general.
that is for all commits into
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/
could be new incubators and other projects are picking up

The revision ticker just passed 1,000,000, which seems like a pretty
good sign! :-)
I am missing a few I figure about 19,000 for ofbiz todate.
