Guys,
In previous
versions of RS3D there used to be a network onlyinstallation option. This
seems to be gonein V5 SP2. Does anyone know which files are needed to
install nothing but a network render node?

OK, here's a simple slope-sensitive rock/snow shader with a little
frontend with comments (uncheck 'advanced').
The funny thing about this shader is that the snow extends at the
bottom of the noise cracks, which avoids too much smoothness. Ask

However, using an HSV colour space throughout the render pipeline might not
be too hard. Create a custom HSV channel and in certain shaders do the
conversion. Say in Surface Properties for objects, and Light Properties for
lights.
