Another idea,
modify for example the color channel via JS,
then copy the color channel in a VSL-Material to light-sensitivity
and below this copy in the VSL shader tree set a new value
for color
Then use this material for the level with the objects.
Untested, but if I'm right it should do
Hi Neil..
thx.. I will have a look, but I think he covered the basic use of the LightSens
channel..
I know many workflows with the LightSensititity channel, ..(or other custom
channels)
but need a way to access that and other User Channels in JS,
if I can do that, then I can add it to RangeZ,
Hi Neil..
Thanks for showing how you would do it..
Yep that can do it for some cases.. (or for groups, drop each group of objs in
own Level, then just animated the channel (in this case LightSens..), for each
Level..
(still its manual work..even if it eases things up, less places to set the
Hi Matthias..

based renderer. What does that mean? It uses the video card in your
computer to render photorealistic results fast...really fast.

To this day, this is the best animation video made with RS.
Nothing else to say.
Love the music, the camera work, the experimental style, and the mood.

Hi List
Thank you Jean-Sebastien,
I think you overstate it given some of the archive efforts but thank you all
the same.
The movie is shot for stereo 3D and both channels exist, I look forward to
seeing them through glasses!!!
The point I would like to make is the operating basis I used. The work
