Hi Aidan, yep *.obj format, but have in mind that you should have only 4point quads in your models (Messiahs nurbs only accept 3 or 4 point polys). Before exporting your models simply Divide Faces to Quads. Then animate it in Messiah, save the scene. Convert the motion in BVH via free app.
