Well, I noticed it was missing and did know whether or
not it existed so I decided it *should*exist and created
it...
But if we have an older copy, then I think we should
revert to that.

Well that is really strange. When you created it then
it came back in all its glory. You subsequently edited
out the vandalism. I will investigate.

It was one of the missing pages that i noted
during my quest to restore attachments and weed out
the vandalism. I knew it had been vandalised, but it
was a non-existent page (marked with a red hyperlink).
Now you have got it back and fixed it.
