Hi :) 4.1.0 is very early on in that branches life-cycle.  I typically wait for the x.x.4 rather than the x.x.0.  Can you post a bug-report about it and get back to 4.0.3 or something?  I still have a lot of machines on around 3.5.4 but 3.6.x is better.  I meant to upgrade all machines to 4.0.4

Hi :) Are you using Impress to make the document?  Impress might be the best tool for the job.  Alternatively could you create the document, save as html and then edit the html coding?  That sounds a bit messy.  I tend to write html in a text-editor to avoid all the added extras other
