huh? i did the configuration on alpha, not on ph-sfc-sat (the
other endpoint)? should i do "gifconfig" on both ends?
you need to configure both ends.

on an ipv6 router, i set prefix_ed0=_valid_ipv6_block but
it doesn't show when i do "ifconfig -a" ... it only shows the
link-local address ... why is this? or when i define it manually
too, it still doesn't show...
i did this:
#ifconfig ed0 inet6
