It's solved. The message was rejected by the modem because of the
destination number that I put in kannel sendsms.
In fact it rejects country codemy number.

Is it possible to have TWO smsc connections to the same SMSC on the
same PORT but different usernames and passwords?
Like having one in transciever mode and another not?
Have tried one but it keeps rejecting the transciever mode when I add
it in config it refuses to connect.

1- Unknown TLV Error - have read postings before; this is not an error O.K. but
does it affect message delivery in any way?
2- 'Malformed address, expected at least 7 digits' (error below in trace) -
sometimes the same sending works but sometimes it gives this error? does it
