pleae use latest CVS version where I just added config option use-ssl
which enables HTTPS for MOs.
Just define 'use-ssl = true' for group = smsc and you are done.

I have not connected to Telcel Mexico but I have connections with Claro and
Porta in Ecuador, which use the same SMPP standard. Be sure to ask them
about destination and origin TON and NPI values, as they require you to set
those values correctly.
