stat:DELIVRD err:000
Kannel expects:

stat:%10[^t^e]
err:%3[^t]
Notice sub and dlvrd

I got CVS version,
and it works well

Yeah, makes sense. CVS is much smarter on non-standard dlr's.
Glad it helped :)

Hello Nakul,
Welcome to the us...@kannel Mailing list.
I am afraid, but you will not be able to send SMS using Kannel free of
cost. The easiest way to do this would be to buy SMS credits, and then use
those to send SMS's over http.
If you happen to be in India, then check out popSMS.
Thanks,
Rupin

Now that I'm using cvs version with meta-data, I was wondering if
anyone knows how to get the meta-data from deliver_sm PDUs in DLR
urls.
I've tried %D param wich was documented in

Hello,
Sorry, I just see that thread about a problem I already faced.
You say You do too much of the work that kannel wants to do.
Fine. But what if the soft that calls Kannel already has a GSM-encoded
string? It has to convert it to ISO-8859 or UTF8, so that Kannel can
convert it back to GSM?
Ishtiaq, the only way you can do this is by putting a middle
application between the SMSC and Kannel GW. For example, when the SMC
send you the HTTP Request, then your third party would intercept the
HTTP request, create a request similar to kannel and sent it to your
Kannel GW. Let me
Hi,
Just an addition. Kannel supports virtual smscs, aka GSM modems and mobile
phones. You can use those to send SMS using a SIM at personal rates. Be aware
that depending on the provider, you can only send limited SMS/month that way,
else your provider may disable your SIM.

Nikos

it.

I hope it is less effort than developing a middleware proxy, especially since
most of the code is already there! :-)
