I am having a problem with one of our smpp connections, when recieving sms from
mobile users, the shortcode number is haing a + sign in from and then kannel
fails to map the sms to the services. I have installed kannel on Fedora 11
using yum how can i correct this.

Hi,
If in your configuration you have defined msg-id-type in group smsc, just
comment it out. Else post your configuration.

Every thing looks good, except that you are trying to send an OTA settings
and asking kannel to send it as OMA settings, see 'type=oma-settings' .

In your sendOmaSettings it seems you are adding spaces in front and
after your Netwpin it might cause problems??.
