What about this issue with ./configure command (output is the same
regardless with/without ssl)???

At the moment I have openssl installed from www.openssl.org and have
installed it in /usr/local/ssl
In there i have libssl.a... (exactly in /usr/local/ssl/lib/)
OK, I'll install openssl-devel and post impressions.

I want to do a form to manage kannel. Here is my problem, I can not start the
bearerbox through the form. I read the documentation and tried a redirect to
the url: http://localhost:13000/resume?password=, but I get no result. Does
anyone have an idea?

As kannel is down, its admin page is so. To start kanel you need to
use the way your SO allows you.
For example, in fedora/redhat and similar, using the script provided
in the sources you can use:
service kannel start
