Well it seems that you are inserting the SMS correctly but it's status isn't
being updated ? kannel should call the URL to update the message status I
suggest you start there, maybe call it manually and see if it works or
not...

The simplest way is having the log-level 0 to bearerbox and watch it. If
bearerbox receive the DLR then it will be the dlr-url is not set correctly.

Also ask to your carrier/provider if they return DLR, some carries
(few) don't do it.
to check your setup just create a fake smsc within kannel, that could
help you check your flow and get some DLR's

By default XL disable DLR. Just set your dlr-mask to 8, it means successfully
charged and you may treat it as success MT.

pulled it from SVN and have built it, that's all. Haven't found any
glitch so far.

There are some minor issues to look at when moving from 1.4.3 but it
is a production version. Check change log.

My kannel is running properly, but for some messages dlrs are not getting,
it is showing expired while in back MIS it is showing delivered properly.
what can be reason, is there any method by which we can again get DLR by
submitting message that i have got with expired DLR message.
