I have an ubuntu box with kannel 1.5.0 and opensmppbox (with mysql)
configured and i have two issues while trying to work with DLR.
The config for MT is like this
ESME - Opensmppbox (SMSC) - HTTP SMSC
First issue:
- When sending a MT, there is an automatic response from our provider

I am trying to send GSM Character Ç , which corresponds to 09 in hex.
But when I send this character its send as C7 as per bearerbox log
Can anybody please advise what should I do to fix that
