Hi all, I am completely new to kannel and sms in general. I'm using version kannel 1.2.1 on cygwin 1.3.22-1. I am interested in being able to send sms messages from kannel. I'm trying to understand the relationship between kannel and the various sms centers. Do you have to have a special agreement with an sms center in order to have them route sms messages that you send? How does one go about getting all the information they need in order to setup an smsc-group in kannel?
Any links to other documentation would also be appreciated.
