I'm using Kannel + PlaySMS with no problems. Just follow the PlaySMS
readme step by step and that's it.

I'm using Kannel in conjuction with Nagios. For some reason, Kannel
doesn't send the first SMS when Nagios is sending alerts. The other
recipients receive messages.
Does anybody have a clue?
My Kannel.conf:
