Hi I've got a kannel box connected to a siemens GSM modem and I thought it was working fine until I did a broadcast message to about 1000 recipients. The message I sent is only 152 characters. For the 1000 recipients with 152 characters, I got billed for 3000 SMS from my telco!!! I assumed
