First of all, check your logs, you should be able to count the number of
messages there.
After that, you should talk with your operator to clarify mathematics ;)

I've got a kannel box connected to a siemens GSM modem and I thought it was
working fine until I did a broadcast message to about 1000 recipients.
The message I sent is only 152 characters.
For the 1000 recipients with 152 characters, I got billed for 3000 SMS from
