Check bbox logs if far-end SMSC is declining (or rejecting temporarily) the
message. Access logs only contain the final state of the message when the
processing is completed, i.e. SENT, FAILED, DISCARDED, etc. It does not
reflect the intermediate stages, like PENDING or RETRYING.

I have a problem sometimes happened, that message added to SMSbox logs as
below
2015-09-02 11:01:28 [23452] [3] INFO: sendsms sender:

but in the kannel access log *(the SMS sent after 11 min)*

Just for clarifying the above problem.
In the configuration pasted at first mail I noticed;
group = smsbox
bearerbox-host = localhost
bearerbox-port = 13000
sendsms-port = 13131
global-sender = 42443162
log-file = /var/log/kannel/smsbox.log
access-log = /var/log/kannel/access.log
the connection is listed as successful).
The bearerbox/smsbox also gives no errors when starting up, but as soon as I
start to send I get this:
DEBUG: Delayed reply - wait for bearerbox
Suggestions?
group = core
admin-port = 13000
admin-password = bar
#admin-deny-ip = *.*.*.*
#admin-allow-ip = *
wapbox
Check your bearerbox logs. Your SMSc might have problems.

message is shown in kannels queue? check the admin interface

You can add a log-file for your smsc so you can have its log

add smsc-is=my-smsc to the smsc group and
Also add smsc=my-smsc (urlencoded) to the link you are calling.
Check userguide for details.

if you do a ps -ef | grep box, what do you get after verifying that the admin
shows no connected box
