what is the purpose of concatenation parameter in sms-service group?

#disables the sending of SMS

concatenation = true

Check the PDU's, if the concatenation is done by using the sar_* optional
parameters, kannel cannot assemble it. Kannel can only assemble concatenated
messages if concatenation is done using udh.
