I would like to be able to hot-plug NICs in a running VM instance. That is, I
would like to start a VM, and while it is running add new NICs to it, and
preferably also remove such NICs again.
I may have overlooked something, but I have not been able to find the right

Those are the only states that trigger the hooks, adding new states will
require to change the core.
You can open a feature request in dev.opennebula.org and we'll consider it
for future versions. Please add a use case where this other states hooks
would prove useful.
