[RCU] Unable to set logo

Hi Trying to setup our roundcube, it seems I cant set the logo as desired. 1.Uploaded a picture to www called logo.jpg 2.added lines to config/config.inc.php $config['skin_logo'] = [ "login" => "logo.jpg", ]; i'm getting a 403 Any ideas? ___
