maven-resources-plugin fails to create folders error

I get the following error on occasion when building on my laptop. Any ideas why? I can create those folders manually. Also it doesn't always fail. [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:2 .6:resources (default-resources) on project
