Hi everyone,
I just wanted to send a short message to say that we're going to start
the release process for Maven 2.0.10 today. The list of issues we've
corrected for this release are here:

Once we've reached a level of stability that we're comfortable among
Maven developers, we'll announce that release candidate on this list. At
this point, we'll be more comfortable saying this is what we intend to
release, barring any new regressions found in the wider test. When it
seems that everyone is happy and all builds are stabilized, we'll call
the vote and keep things moving along.
Hopefully this process won't take too long, as I've been throwing nearly
every scenario at this version of Maven and feel pretty good about its
stability even now.
Thanks for hanging in there, and hopefully we'll have a new version
ready for release in the near future!
