I wonder how you report a bug in maven ? I found the following:

But that requires a login and there is no ”sing up”.
I get the following when trying to build a maven plugin with version 3.2.2:

Yes... there is signup... but you need to go to the root of the JIRA page
to see the signup instruction
Sign-up for a JIRA account
You will need to create an account in Xircles -
