I had
a similar problem under fedora with kannel. In my case the problem came from the
permissions of the /dev/tty. In fedora, the device is created with root
ownership/gorup but without write pemision to other users... I worked
arround by modifying the init script

It will depend on the driver for your USB device.
You can browse /dev folder to see what its name is.
I've seen USB as /dev/ttyASMxx /dev/USByy and /dev/ttyACMzzz
xx, yy, and zz being the connection number.
make a ls of folder /dev without your device connected and then a
seccond
/proxy I have to setup with mbuni and
squid for example ?
Where can I found a mms delivery flow diagram that can ilustrate this?
How should I configure mbuni/proxy to achieve that?
