shown below. I believe my web.xml is configured correctly as the

I've been working with tomahawk-1.1.2 and facelets 1.0. I cannot render the
jscookMenu because of a javascript error (cmDraw is not defined). It seems
the proper javascripts cannot be loaded by means of the ExtensionsFilter
facility.
