Win 7 Pro - in the left hand column I use a lot of Comments. When I right click on some cells, I get the normal drop down menu that lets me leave a comment. Other cells I often get a different drop down menu without the comment commands? On cells that have a comment why is there no EDIT

I'm just guessing now. When you have the current program that is telling you that the same program is also running, try going to the upper right hand corner and click on the diminish symbol to make the program you are working on disappear from the big screen and rest in its diminished form on

Vince, By my experience this is the other way around. To be able to print a sheet, a print range must be defined for that sheet, and defining a print range for one sheet does not apply to the remaining sheets. If you want to print all sheets, then all sheets must have a print range
